The Early Word - G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra

At first there was doubt that this Hasbro toy line could make the jump to the big screen as successfully as the Transformers did. She said: "The script was brilliant, the role was brilliant. She's a proper villain!"

However, Sienna says the director Stephen Sommers initially said she wasn't tall enough to make the role a success.

She explained: "I think the first thing he said to me was, 'You're really short! But then, of course, with the wardrobe and the make-up. I don't look like a villain when you meet me, but I do in the film."
